I was in Monica Graser’s Spanish class back during my high school career. From Day 1, she stood out amongst my teachers due to her passion for Spanish language and culture, her willingness to discuss different subjects in depth, and her dedication to the success of the class. I learned many things from her, such as her focus on Spanish used for everyday conversations and the cultures of many different Spanish speaking nations. We would study many of the Latin American nations and do a bit of research on them, helping me to become much more familiar with the various cultures. It also helped form a new connection with my mother, who is from Puerto Rico and speaks both English and Spanish. She has taught me many things, and I am glad I had her as my Spanish teacher.

I am currently enrolled in Spanish through Georgia Virtual School. I have been working with Sra Graser every other week to supplement my online class. She always comes prepared to challenge me and her teaching style is very encouraging. I know my Spanish has improved quite a bit in the short time I have been working with Sra Graser and we have already moved up to the next level.
